Serves : 1 round dia 20 cm
Worry about left over egg whites during xmas will no longer an issue.
Ingredients
:
400 ml eggs white
260 gr
caster sugar
200 gr margarine, softened
1/2 tsp cream of tar tar
1 tbsp emulsifier
200 gr flour
1 1/2 tbsp Dutch process cocoa
powder
Methods :
Whisk eggs white until
fluffy, add caster sugar gradually. Keep whisking while add cream of
tar tar, emulsifier. Add softened margarine, whisk in a very low
speed. Add flour (take 1 1/2 tbsp out). Divide it into 2 color, add
1 1/2 tbsp flour into white one and 1 1/2 tbsp with cocoa. Prepare
round cake tin dia 20.5cm H 9.5cm with lose base or spring form
layer the base with parchment paper (grease the cake tin if you don't
have nonstick tin).Pour white first and chocolate make marble
pattern. Bake in 180ÂșC
until golden brown and stick clean out.
