Methods : Mix the
flour and butter with two knifes or hands, make crumble. Add all
ingredients, grease a baking pan layered with baking paper and roll out
the dough put over the baking pan, cut in rectangular shapes. Bake in
170°C half way, cut again with the lines and brush with egg white,
sprinkles with almond and mix sugar cinnamon powder, return into oven
until done. let it cool before transfer to an airtight jar.
